These are the terms and conditions of use for the Greencircle Shopping Clothing Limited website and by making a purchase you agree to these terms and conditions. Registered address: 112 Hills Road, Cambridge CB2 1PH Company Number: 06517317 VAT Registration Number 982845962.
1. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The items on the Greencircle website are in stock and available for delivery unless otherwise stated, there may however on time to time be an occasion where items list on the website are out of stock and unavailable for delivery. We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know if your order is unavailable and a full refund will be given.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain payment authorisation or that the item ordered is out of stock. Greencircle Shopping Limited may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. Greencircle Shopping Limited will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold.
2. Delivery
We will endeavour to dispatch your items within 48 hours of receiving the order, however please allow up 14 days for delivery.

3. Returns and Exchanges:
Please note that our returns and refund policy for items purchased in store at Stamford are different. Please see in store for details.
3a. Returning Your Purchase:
We believe you'll be delighted with your purchase but if you are not happy with your order or need to exchange it for a different size we are happy to do so within 14 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer returns on Underwear or Jewellery
To return your order please follow the following procedure:
- Please post the items you wish to return back to Greencircle as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Please return all goods in their original condition, unworn* and packaging.
- Please return items recorded delivery, when you return orders to us. We are unable to exchange, refund, or replace items that are lost in the post. We are unable to refund the return postage.
3b. Exchanging Your Purchase:
If you need to change your order for a different size, we will send it at no extra postage cost. For any returns thereafter, postage will be charged
Please follow the instructions detailed in 'Returning Your Purchase' return the item in the way described above. Please provide as much information as possible so that we can fulfil your request accurately.
3c. Refunds:
A full refund is given if required for orders returned new and unworn within 14 days from the date on which you received them. All returns will be credited to the original customer's credit card excluding any delivery charges.
*Original Condition and unworn means there are no marks on the items. We cannot accept any returns if your order has been worn or marked. In such cases, the item will be returned to you. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.
4. Privacy Policy
If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us e-mail or telephoning us.
If you supply us with your postal address on-line you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by un-ticking the mailings box or contacting us on the above contact details.
We do not share your details with any other organisation. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line or if they have requested to be called regarding a specific item.

5. Accuracy, Images and Photography
Greencircle Shopping Limited have taken great care to ensure that the reproduction of colours, styles and products are as accurate as the photographic, online and print process will allow and that the descriptions and specifications are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations may occur.
All photographs on this site have been produced by Greencircle Shopping Limited or reproduced with permission from third parties, it is forbidden to copy any of these photographs without written permission.
